1. Cancellation request must be made in writing.
  2. Refunds for term fee cancellations requested within 10 business days of the start date of your child’s midweek, weekend or camp session are subject to a cancellation penalty of 15% of the amount paid
  3. There is 25% cancellation penalty for cancellations requested after the start date of regular soccer school or camp session. If sessions has been attended, this will be charged as per normal and 25% penalty will be for all unattended session. 25% cancellation fee is also applicable for Adult Training Package once the pllayer has utilized the package, if a player decides to withdraw, the used session will be charged as per package rate and remaining unused session will be charged 25% cancellation fee.
  4. Transfer of Term Fee to offset cost of a Camp,  requests must be requested at least 5 business days before the start date of your child’s camp session. Requests will be considered based on availability of space within the requested schedule.
  5. Cancellation requests due to illness or accident prior to the regular session start date (or during the term) or camp session require a physician's written verification. Upon receipt of verification, we will issue a full refund
  6. Refunds are not possible for pre purchased training,  tournament Kit and other consumables transactions
  7. Signed up programs that has finished, there will be no refund provided.
